It's camp time :D

So apparently I signed up for Camp Nanowrimo literally at the last minute, meaning yesterday :) I'm kinda excited, I've never done anything like this and even though I only set myself a goal of 20k, that's still twice as much as I've ever written in a month! Does one of my lovely flisters have any experience with Nanowrimo and some tips for me?

I'm writing this awesome Brothers'verse fic idea that my friend [livejournal.com profile] soncnica prompted me with when I visited her last month after we watched both Bourne and Avengers :)
Here's the synopsis: Clint thought his younger brother was a figment of his imagination, when luck and the secret government agency he works for reunites them. Their first field mission together proves to be a test of faith - in each other and the people they work for. Can they make it out alive?

Oh, and if anyone knows anything about blood diamonds or West Africa and would love to share their knowledge with me... I'm all ears :D

Pick a time of day and force yourself to write during that time, even if you don't feel inspired + write whenever you feel inspired (I carry my laptop around every November so I can bang out fifty words if I have to wait a few minutes for something).

Good luck!

Oh, that's a really good tip. I'm gonna do that right now! Write and all :) I can't take my laptop to work, but I always send myself my text files there to write if I have an idea and a couple of minutes to take a breath.

Thanks!
